Freight charges are based on the information provided at the time of quotation and may be adjusted due to fuel surcharges, carrier rate changes, customs duties, taxes, port fees, or other unforeseen expenses, and we reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may result from weather conditions, customs inspections, port congestion, airline or shipping line disruptions, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, cargo insurance is not included, and customers are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance coverage; our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable road transport regulations, international maritime conventions, and air carriage conventions, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption. Where customs clearance assistance is provided, we act solely as an agent on behalf of the customer, who remains responsible for the accuracy of declarations and payment of all applicable duties, taxes, fines, or penalties. Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the required legal timeframe and supported with relevant documentation, failing which such claims may be rejected.
